Choral Evensong
Sunday 19th June 2016: 6pm
The evening service at St John’s on June 19th – being the third Sunday in the month – will be that of Choral Evensong according to the Book of Common Prayer; a service loved by many for the ebb and flow of the traditional language as well as for the music. Many like it too for its passive nature – the choir does the singing, you can listen to the readings and either join in the hymns or follow the words as you please. You will be most welcome
