All-age service

Our service on September 1st is led by the Revd Juliette Hulme and Canon Judy Anderson.
At the start of Creationtide, we celebrate the wonders of the world around us and give thanks to God for all his gifts to us. We hope to have the service in the churchyard, but will move into church if the weather is bad.
An All-Age Service is held regularly at St John’s on the first Sunday of the month at 9.30am, and as the name suggests those of all ages are very welcome! Informal in style and mood, this popular service is usually accompanied by the church band. The services focus on aspects of our Christian faith in an accessible way with a Bible reading and reflection, singing, and an activity for the children (and anyone else who would like to participate!)
