KINGS, QUEENS & GIANTS
Holiday workshops 25/26 July
On 25th and 26th July St John’s Church Tisbury will be hosting two morning activity workshops for kids aged 4 – 8 and 9 – 12. These will be full of games, crafts, sports, and other activities including stories and discussions on the theme of Kings, Queens and Giants. The workshops run from 9.30am to 12.30pm with doors open for registration at 9.15am. There is an entrance fee of £2 to cover costs of materials, but if this is a problem the Church may be able to give a few free places.
All adult volunteers running these workshops are DBS-checked and many of them have involvement with Open the Book which brings bible stories into primary school assemblies. There will be a dressing-up competition, for all who would like to take part, on the second day – Tuesday 26th.
Simple refreshments of squash and biscuits will be provided. Please alert us to any allergies your child might have, including to suncream.
We recommend you sign up in advance. While there may be spare places, these are not guaranteed and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
