Are you looking for an exciting and fulfilling opportunity in rural ministry? We are searching for a Team Vicar.  

The Nadder Valley Benefice comprises a church community of fourteen parishes with a total population of just over 7000; served by a supportive and experienced ministry team of clergy and lay people working together in a beautiful part of south Wiltshire, an area of outstanding natural beauty but with good road and rail links to both London and the South West.

We are looking for someone who will engage their affinity for both rural life and the diversity of people who live here as priest for the large village of Tisbury and the much smaller communities of Fonthill Bishop and Fonthill Gifford. The new Team Vicar should be keen to support the variety of worship and be able to encourage, teach and delegate appropriately, whilst being open to what God is calling us to be and to do.

The Team Vicar will be free of most of the administrative burdens of parish ministry thereby providing maximum opportunities for enthusing others as well as for personal development, including the possibility for involvement in a secondary school chaplaincy team.

We offer a well maintained four-bedroom vicarage in vibrant Tisbury with its thriving High Street, together with a well run part-time parish office.
