Remembrance Sunday arrangements in Tisbury are as follows:

Sunday 12th November 2023

2.45pm. Ceremony at the village War Memorial which includes Silence, Last Post and Reveille and laying of wreaths by representatives of local organisations.

followed by

An inter-denominational service of appropriate hymns and readings in St John’s Church nearby.  The service is led by the Vicar at St John’s, the Revd Juliette Hulme and the preacher is the Venerable Alan Jeans, Archdeacon of Sarum.  Hymns include “O God our help in ages past” and “I vow to thee my country”, and “O valiant hearts who to your glory came”.
