Songs of war and peace

Following the success in recent years of fundraising concerts for Christian Aid there’s another event in April. The acclaimed American Singer, Elissa Edwards, will be performing English Songs from the early 20th Century at St John the Baptist Church Tisbury SP3 6NH. The piano accompanist is Chris Hedland.

Tickets at £20 include a glass of Ukrainian Wine or soft drink on arrival at 7pm. The concert will start at 7:30pm with music by Finzi, Vaughan Williams, Quilter, Gurney and Howells. After the concert there will be a Wine Tasting of Ukrainian Wines if you would like to stay.
