MUSIC FOR A SUMMER’S AFTERNOON given by NORTON WIND, a group which combines professionally trained and experienced amateur musicians who come together to play the great music of the wind repertoire.
Programme
Beethoven’s Septet opus 20 arranged for nine wind by Georg Druschetzky.
This is a rare opportunity to hear this version of the tuneful Septet, made in Beethoven’s lifetime and played from early 19th century parts.
The concert will last less than an hour and will be followed by refreshments.
