Norton Camerata play Dvorak & Beethoven
Saturday 13th June 7.30pm
On Saturday 13th June at 7.30 Norton Camerata will be giving a lively programme including Beethoven’s Wind Octet Opus 103 and Dvorak’s wonderful serenade Opus 44 for wind, cello and bass.
Entry is free but there will be a collection for Christian Aid’s humanitarian work in Ukraine. This is the third in our series of Ukraine concerts this year and we hope to build on the £1500 sent so far.
Norton Camerata is a local group of experienced musicians who come together to perform the great music of the wind repertoire, sometimes with piano (most recently with the international pianist Alexander Karpeyev). This is the first time that strings have been included in the ensemble.
