Wednesdays in Lent.
SAYING YES TO LIFE by Ruth Valerio is Archbishop of Canterbury’s Lent Book f0r 2020 and will form the basis for a discussion group for the season of Lent led by the Vicar, the Revd Juliette Hulme with the Revd Joanna Naish and Canon Judy Anderson.

In this book, Dr Valerio (who works for Tearfund) draws on the days of Creation as set out in the Book of Genesis Chapeter 1. She relates themes of light, water, land, seasons, creatures, humankind, Sabbath rest and resurrection hope, to matters of environmental, ethical and global concern. As people made in the image of God, we are entrusted to look after what he has created.
