Elizabeth Young RIP
Funeral 30th July 1100
We are sorry to report the death of Elizabeth Young on the 9th of July following a short illness. Elizabeth was an active member of the church and supported it in so many ways; member of church council, parish office volunteer, co-organiser of film nights, St John’s coordinator of Ride & Stride, writer and reader of eloquent prayers at our 0930 Sunday service where she was also on the readers’ rota, and supporter and organiser of fundraising initiatives such as the Christmas Fair. Up until a few years ago she was also a member of the choir.
Elizabeth’s funeral will take place on Tuesday 30th July at 1100 St John’s Church. She touched our lives in so many ways and will be greatly missed. We extend our love and condolences to her family.
