A message from our Parish Priest
From our Parish Priest, the Revd Juliette Hulme
The Rectory, Tisbury
12th January 2021
St John’s Parochial Church Council made the difficult decision yesterday to suspend public worship at St John’s until the end of January when the situation will be reviewed. In the last day Covid cases have risen even more and there are quite a few cases now in Tisbury. Many of us fall into the higher risk category and it was felt that it would be irresponsible to continue giving opportunities to people to worship publicly together.
I am sorry for I know this will be a disappointment for many of you. Online services continue via zoom on Sundays and during the week. There will also be a reflection and picture each week on the church newsletter as well as an illustrated Thought for the Day on our Facebook page.
The Church will still be kept open daily between approx. 9am and 4pm for private prayer and reflection.
With prayers and blessings for you all in these difficult times. Keep safe!
